My new Dr claims it's illegal

To use HGH and won't let me :(

It was suggested by my last re to use HGH. I didn't. I plan to ask my new dr if I can try it. I'm not sure if I have a quantity issue, but I definitely have a quality issue. First ivf I had 5 eggs, only 1 to transfer. 2nd I had 10 eggs with only one for a FET. And third try I had 12 eggs with only one to transfer. All three failed

Yes Maldives! We are definitely doing a frozen transfer. I regretted not doing that the last time.

Have you considered a frozen cycle? Maybe your body needs a bit more time between retrieval and transfer?

I used HGH for two stim cycles. I was 33 at that time. The first time I got 7 mature, 6 fertilized, 5 made it to freeze. The second time I only got 5 mature, 5 fertilized, and 3 made it to freeze. I've transferred 2 and had my son. I have 6 in the freezer.

I'm not sure how helpful HGH was, but my dr said that she rarely sees the % of fertilized eggs make it to freeze as I had. Overall I'm glad I did the HGH (omnitrope) and I'd do it again.

I used it for my second and 3rd Ivf. Second cycle I got 8 eggs and two made it to day 5 but both failed genetic testing. My 3rd cycle I got 5 eggs one made it to day 5 with normal genetic testing which we are transferring this Friday. Not sure if it did anything for me but I just did it bc I felt I wanted to use all my resources and didn't want to have any regrets. GL

I did hgh with my third Ivf I got three embryos. One was normal. Not sure if hgh helped as i usually get 1 embryo. But I would use it again since we got another healthy embryo

I'm not sure what mine new one will b but im.going to ask my doc about this stuff to see if it will help . I'm poor responder also and low OR . 1 cycle got 6 eggs first time and only one made it to 3 day transfer. Cycle 2 got 4 eggs only one to transfer on day 3 . Both ended in miscarriage. So i need something new and different to help me .
