Thank you for your reply. I usually never take another opk after I get 2 confirmed positives, but the pain just threw me off. I just hope I didn't do my IUI on the wrong day!?

I think you are fine! Lh can surge during tww as hormones shift from estrogen dominant to progesterone dominant. This is why all opks say not to test after first positive result. Of course I have tested after ovulation, and I have seen positives between 3-11dpo. Also, progesterone can cause twinges and cramping during tww, that's why it is so hard to distinguish progesterone symptoms from early pregnancy symptoms. Fx for you, hope this helps!
