Already ovulating?!
So I'm doing my second IUI. I did 6 days of 150mg clomid CD3-8. I started taking Opk's every am & pm since Tuesday and this morning's, CD10, was positive(digital & strip test.) I called and I'm scheduled to go in tomorrow 8:30am for IUI now. I'm not very optimistic about this. I haven't even had a scan to see what's going on. They won't scan tomorrow because they don't want to use gel before IUI. Ugh...feels like another disappointment on this road full of obstacles.

Hi! I feel like I'm getting ready to start AF. So just waiting, so I can start meds for a FET. How are you?!
AF is due 2/21. I usually get pre af symptoms, so if I do I won't even test and just wait. I hate seeing the negative tests month after month.
It was fine. I only had one mature follicle and DH's count was very good. We shall see. Can't wait for your update about your consult tomorrow!
Hi brandee! I'm actually doing my last IUI tomorrow morning. I only have one 22mm follicle, so we'll see. If this doesn't work, I plan to transfer 2 embryos I have from Oct IVF, they are very poor quality though. If that doesn't take, I'll be doing IVF again in April. How are you? You have your IVF consult coming up!
We have an IVF consult on February 9th so I'm hoping to start in march. I really wanted to be pregnant before April, as that's the month I got pregnant last time. Not sure if I could handle getting pregnant then and being due the same month as my last pregnancy. I think it would be hard emotionally. I guess it's all going to happen as it should. I'm just drained.
Yes, negative for me.? Not sure what we will do now. Probably IVF in April. How about you?!

Feeling fine. I do have a dull ache on my side on & off, so probably another cyst. I usually always test, but think I will just wait for af. I'm never late, so if I were, I would test then. Period is due the 28th. What about you? How are you feeling? When will you test?
IUI went well! Dr did do an ultrasound, she said the gel would only be in the vaginal canal and the catheter would bypass all of that. We saw 3 follicles on my left 17, 18 & 23mm. Right ovary had 1 follicle at 16mm. They were all starting to collapse, so definitely ovulating. DH had 64mil swimmers. She thinks the increase in clomid sped up my ovulation. Now I wait...??✨
I was closely monitored with internal ultrasounds for follicle size and even did a trigger shot once the follicles were the right size. Then had the Iui the following day. I had long cycles even with 150 mg of Clomid but I have pics and even believe I ovulated a couple days after the trigger so timing was not in our side. After three rounds we are now looking toward Ivf. Good luck to you!
Yes, it would be transvaginal, but the nurse said they don't do them before the procedure because of the gel. Maybe they can do it without? I'm definitely asking!
Thanks Fiona. I'm hoping there's at least one good one so it's not a total wash. My nurse said they don't usually do u/s before an IUI because of the gel. Maybe there's another way? I hope so!??
I'm not sure if they will do an u/s after, I'll certainly ask. It's just very frustrating. There can't be many follicles that are mature in that short amount of time, but I guess I have no choice. Hopefully I'll know more in the am.

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. Why Are Many Women Unaware of Their Own Anatomy?
the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.
