Wow that's early. My nurse had me start testing today and only between 12-2:30.

Could they do an ultrasound after the IUI? FX your body was just geared up and ready to go and you'll get a BFP!

I'm not sure if they will do an u/s after, I'll certainly ask. It's just very frustrating. There can't be many follicles that are mature in that short amount of time, but I guess I have no choice. Hopefully I'll know more in the am.

Definitely ask for an ultrasound. I'd go crazy not knowing what was going on in there. FX

I started taking clomid 100mg days 3-7 and got a positive ovulation test on day 9. So it's definitely possible to ovulate that early!

If it's transvaginal I'm pretty sure they can do the ultrasound without gel...I'd ask. Good luck!!!

Yes, it would be transvaginal, but the nurse said they don't do them before the procedure because of the gel. Maybe they can do it without? I'm definitely asking!

Mine do ultrasounds before every iui with gel! Hmm I guess each Dr is different?

I was closely monitored with internal ultrasounds for follicle size and even did a trigger shot once the follicles were the right size. Then had the Iui the following day. I had long cycles even with 150 mg of Clomid but I have pics and even believe I ovulated a couple days after the trigger so timing was not in our side. After three rounds we are now looking toward Ivf. Good luck to you!

They should be able to use preseed and do an ultrasound before the IUI!! I had them do that for me because I was worried about my lining! Good luck!??

IUI went well! Dr did do an ultrasound, she said the gel would only be in the vaginal canal and the catheter would bypass all of that. We saw 3 follicles on my left 17, 18 & 23mm. Right ovary had 1 follicle at 16mm. They were all starting to collapse, so definitely ovulating. DH had 64mil swimmers. She thinks the increase in clomid sped up my ovulation. Now I wait...??✨

Feeling fine. I do have a dull ache on my side on & off, so probably another cyst. I usually always test, but think I will just wait for af. I'm never late, so if I were, I would test then. Period is due the 28th. What about you? How are you feeling? When will you test?

I'm good. Testing on the 30th! I've had a headache and neck pain for 3 days now. No clue what's going on there. My uterus just feels full but my lining was a 10, so I think that's why. So hopefully I get a BFP or I'm going to have one hell of a period!

We have an IVF consult on February 9th so I'm hoping to start in march. I really wanted to be pregnant before April, as that's the month I got pregnant last time. Not sure if I could handle getting pregnant then and being due the same month as my last pregnancy. I think it would be hard emotionally. I guess it's all going to happen as it should. I'm just drained.

Hi brandee! I'm actually doing my last IUI tomorrow morning. I only have one 22mm follicle, so we'll see. If this doesn't work, I plan to transfer 2 embryos I have from Oct IVF, they are very poor quality though. If that doesn't take, I'll be doing IVF again in April. How are you? You have your IVF consult coming up!

When it came close to ovulation time, they would do transvaginal ultrasounds using water instead of gel on the wand

It was fine. I only had one mature follicle and DH's count was very good. We shall see. Can't wait for your update about your consult tomorrow!

When are you testing?

AF is due 2/21. I usually get pre af symptoms, so if I do I won't even test and just wait. I hate seeing the negative tests month after month.
