Test at home? Or wait for beta?

On my first round I tested at home the day before my first beta. It was negative. I was bummed, but knew it was still early. I'm actually glad it was negative, because I ended up having a chemical. Since my doctor doesn't call until after the second beta, I didn't really have any time to think I was pregnant. They called and told me that my first beta looked good but the numbers went the wrong way, so it was a chemical. If my HPT had been positive, I think it would have been much worse to find out about the chemical.

On my second round, I didn't do an HPT until after the results of my second beta. Then the only reason I did was because for once I wanted to see a positive when I POAS!

First time i tested at home and it ended in chemical. So for my second and third round i never tested again. It was too stressful to wonder if its a good real posivite, is it trigger, am i too soon, was it my pee, etc. I was going crazy so never again. Said to myself the bw will tell me more accuratly and i wont need to ask myself when to test. A stress less ???

Last time I tested at home and it drove me crazy not really knowing If the BFN's were real or not. This time I think I'll just enjoy the thought of being pregnant until proven otherwise by Beta. Good luck!!

I always test at 9dp5dt. I can't hear it for the first time from a nurse. I also don't drive myself crazy then with line eyes. If it doesn't show up at 9 days past, it's almost a guarantee beta will be negative. Not always, but most likely.

I waited this last time but knew o was before

First cycle I tested at home the day before the beta and it was negative. I was heartbroken and wished I never took the test. Second cycle I waited for the beta and it was positive. Good luck!

Thanks ladies! Well, we are currently evacuating our home due to Hurricane Matthew, so I definitely won't be testing anytime soon.
