I’d definitely post some info about it then. They may honestly not know the dangers. My parents used a drop side crib with my brother and me, and didn’t know until a year ago that they’re not sold anymore for safety reasons.

I failed to mention she listed it as free to anyone who will pick it up so i guess technically she's not selling it. But it still shouldn't be listed.

I wanted one so bad, until I couldn’t find any in store. When I went online to find out why, I was so glad I didn’t go looking for a used one. If I hadn’t looked into to it, I would have been one of the people buying one without knowing better. It would have been so much easier to have one, since I can’t actually reach the mattress on a normal crib when it’s lowered all the way, but it’s not worth the danger. I think jt might be illegal to sell them, if it’s not it should be.

It's only illegal for companies to manufacture and sell them not for individual citizens to resell as far as i know

Maybe post about the conversion kit instead. Say something along the lines of if you purchase this crib you will need to purchase this kit, and then link the kit.

I see these cribs every time I go into a consignment shop here in my town, and every time I’m like “Please don’t sell that, they’ve been recalled” Do they listen? No. In a few days the crib will be gone because someone purchased it. Pisses me off!!
