baby refusing to eat

Lo is just over 3 months old. I have made previous posts about my breastfeeding issues, I've gotten great advice from many of you ladies, but now it's gotten even worse. Lo refuses to eat. We do not use bottles so there's no bottle preference(just started bottles tonight after a long day of lo crying and fighting me). She just screams and screams after a few minutes eating. She will not work for additional let downs. She's not gaining weight. She at the bottom of what an acceptable weight is for her age. I'm hoping to get a pedi appointment on Monday to discuss this with her doctor and get input.
