Natural ways to thicken uterine lining?
Hi everyone! I have been having a thin lining no matter which fertility med I am on. I was wondering if there is anything I could take besides estrogen that may help thicken the lining. I am going back on clomid next month which I know does not help the situation at all.
Awesome! I just bought some red raspberry leaf tea tonight. Are you only supposed to drink it up until ovulation? Also, how many cups a day are you supposed to drink?
Thanks! My Dr. said I could try those things. she does have some of her patients on baby aspirin but for other reasons. I am doing 200 mg clomid and trigger this cycle and if that doesn't work, I will be moving onto injectables so I figure I might as well give the baby aspirin and red raspberry leaf a try.
Thanks so much for the advice!! I called my RE's office and they are going to ask my Dr. about the baby aspirin and the red raspberry leaf tea. I am also going to find an accupuncturist nearby that my Dr. recommends and look into that.
My new doc prescribed aspirin for me, a very low dose, but I'm
being closely monitored and was too afraid to self medicate with aspirin whilst ttc. Its supposed to enhance circulation and reduce clotting risk. He also said "lots" of walking whilst ttc helps - again for good circulation. A prior obgyn would only prescribe Clomid every other cycle to reduce the risk of it thinning uterine lining. My acupuncturist encouraged me to keep my lower belly warm by using hot water bottles or heating pads from af to o (not after!) to encourage blood flow to that area. Its very relaxing! There are also yoga postures that enhance blood flow to your pelvis. Always drink lots of water!
Hope that helps!
