It doesn't matter. I've been using wandfo opks and hpt for almost a year and they are always accurate straight away. I never let it sit to room temperature. I have no idea why it says that. Oh and I've been pregnant twice in the 13 months we've been ttcing but one was a mc and one ectopic. I bbt to confirm O too
