I can have crab and lunch meat...just in moderation...get a six inch...eat two three crab legs...u will be OK

Perfectly okay! I even eat a cold sub every once and awhile when I'm really craving it.

I've had Panera bread & they toast the bread & meat up for me every time! :D~

I would order it and just have them toast it or warm it up for you!

I eat there almost every day, however I have tuna. I want more right now but funds are tight until bank releases customers payments. I keep trying to make it at home but its not the same :-(

I'm a supervisor for Subway and eat a sub six days a week, and know many pregnant women who come in daily as well. Deli meat isn't as bad as most people will tell you, and toasting or frying the meat kills any bacteria anyways.

I read someone else's post awhile back that said they just had subway microwave the meat? Maybe that's an option for you? :)

I have caved and eaten cold cuts! So yummy, and as long as you trust your restaurant or deli go for it! All in moderation :)
