I am now having a problem with headaches, nightly and in the am/early afternoon! I'm not taking anything for them tho :( just want it to stop lol

Yes :( migraines for two days this is third day my temples feel sore now last night i put a gel filled ice pack on my back of neck and on forehead/temples helped some my middle child when i was preggo with him i had.migraines the whole pregnancy

I've now had it the last 2 days straight. All I've been using is panadol and water :-(

I'm getting them too, but mostly in the evening. Last night I had to put an ice pack on my forehead. No fun. I'll try the vinegar steam.

Iv been getting them bad I'm only 10 weeks

Try using cold compressions like ice packs on the back of your neck. It's the only thing that helps me with my migraines. Hope you feel better soon :)

Same here. Almost every evening. Taking a nap is the only pain relief for me

Don't even waste your Tylenol. Doesn't even touch mine. Moist heat helps and that apple vinegar steam sounds tempting!

I've been getting them more towards the afternoon early evening everyday for the last 3 weeks:(

I have. What I did is boiled 3 cups of water and then added 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar then cover my head with a towel took deep breaths for about 10 min it seem to help.

Ohhhhh yea had it for over 2 weeks, sadly enough it's a pregnancy symptom that we don't hear a lot about... But in this group I've seen it a lot. Completely normal, I haven't taken any medication as I'm too nervous I know it's okay but it's your own body doing it and it's happening for a reason.. I'm week.13 and its SLOWLY going away..
