Instructions needed!

Help! How exactly do you insert the primrose capsule into the vagina? Do you pierce the capsule and squeeze out the oil? Or do you pierce the capsule and put the entire capsule up there? Or do you just put the entire capsule, unpierced inside??

EPO helps to soften and thin the cervix so when labor begins in goes much smoother!

I always pierce the capsule(s) and insert right up against the cervix. Also, take internally...it helps as well! I took it religiously after 36 weeks with my 4th and had the best labor/birth out of my 5 so far!

I think you pierce it push it way up there and put a pad on im 37 wks thought about doing this but i passed on it
