Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
Woke up to off & on cramps & lower back pain. I'm in so much pain 😞
My baby hasn't moved.. and I'm having mid and lower back pain? 34 weeks? Normal?
This may be stupid but....how long do contractions last for? I keep having period cramps and lower back pain but it lasts like 3 minutes each time.
Holy hell does my lower back hurt tonight. Sitting in the bathtub isn't even stopping the waves of pain 😩😩

Oh wow preggomama77! I didn't go in b/c they told me only if the pain got worse which it hasn't, but I still have the pain like you if I try to move or bend to much. Hope everything goes well for you, feel better!

I have had the exact same problem these last 2 days. Mine happened Sunday night and I had a doctors appointment on Monday so I stayed up all night in agonizing pain. When I told the doctor he checked me and said that I am dilated 1-1/2 centimeters and 50% thinned out. He diagnosed me with Braxton hicks contractions and sent me home. I am also 35 weeks. It's slacked off today but still hurts to go from sitting to standing or vis versa.

Yep and it turned out to be kidney stones from dehydration. It's literally the worst pain ever

Thanks ladies. I did call my doctor she told me if the pain gets that bad I need to go straight to the hospital since I'm 35 weeks pregnant. So far though the pain is less today.

Yep! Unfortunately I have pelvic griddle pain, had it since 17 weeks and it does only get worse however until you are sure that's what's causing the pain I would get seen by a doctor as other things can cause back pain as well. Good luck xx

That's not normal sweetie. Call your doctor and get seen by someone. Hopefully it's just a muscle spasm and you can do physical therapy. I'm sorry your in pain!

Yes it's unbearable sometimes if I lay too flat in bed I physically can't turn over, sit up or even lift my legs without a sharp pain in my lower back! I was having physio for pelvic girdle pain it's only gotten worse!
