Primrose

For all who have used Primrose, did it prevent tears during delivery? If so, when did you start taking it?

Комментарии

I know this has helped a lot of women I know. I have taken it orally from 32w I am now 34+4, hoping I won't tear. I also drink 2-3 cups raspberry leaf tea per day. it doesn't induce labour at all-just gets rid of discomfort and tummy ache

I tried it from around 32-33 weeks and I had a second degree tear and a tear across the side. He was fairly small too- only about 6 pounds(had him a few weeks early)

Although he came out in less than 10 minutes with only 4 pushes/2 contractions so I'm guessing that's the reason I tore.. They had to yell at me to stop pushing because he was coming out so fast ?

But I have heard many success stories so I'd say it's worth a shot!

It's an oil that comes in capsules that you can take either orally or pierce and insert up into your vagina. I heard it make L&D a lot easier and progress fast.

Silly question but what is it, what's then benefits and where did you get it from?

Sorry FTM ☺️

Np, I think it helped me. It's worth a try and not harmful.

I pushed for two hrs and the only tear I had was inside from her finger nail! Lol I start taking it orally at 35 weeks, and inserting at 37
