Third trimester sex?

Is it safe to have sex with your partner in the third trimester? I heard sex is used to induce labor in late pregnancy, which I don't want to do yet. I'll be 30 weeks on Monday. How far into your pregnancy is it safe?

Doctor didn't give me any restrictions, I just didn't want to induce labor this early. Thanks ladies!

PP is right. Safe unless your doctor says otherwise!

It's safe until the very end unless your doctor tells you otherwise. It'll only induce labor if baby is ready

I just absolutely love some women on here! Some woman wants to write on another women's post telling her she shouldn't be having sex at all in the beginning of pregnancy. I didn't know she was her doctor. Then she wants to tell me that the first trimester is only 1-9 weeks pregnant. And she lost her baby at 4 weeks pregnant due to sex. Like sweetie that's your period starting!
