Does my scan pic look normal to you was gutted with the pics payed 12.50 for 5 photos and all the same does it mouth look big

Ok correction this is not my fridge, found this pic on facebook.

My friend said her ultrasound looked like this but at today’s scan they told her it’s a boy. This is mines. I don’t have hers. Her ultrasound pic from today is most definitely a boy but earlier scans looked like this one.

11+4 week scan, put an effect on the pic as its easier to see the nub, what do u think ?or??
