What is this ?

Im like 12ish weeks pregnant and i keep getting this feeling like iv gt a stitch? U kno like from running or something but i havnt been running lol sometimes just walking or just sitting. Does any1 kno what it might be? Its in the centre of my belly but more over 2 the left its really annoying lol x
