My mil says, he's gonna be a vegetarian. It drive me nuts when she says it! I wouldn't care if he was but just come on... It's the stupidest thing she could say to me. ? It's like saying, oh there's something wrong with him. No, there's nothing wrong with him. He's just a toddler. This is what they do. I was the same way. And he's an islander, of course he's gonna love his fruits. Haha

Went to the dr and of course they said it's totally normal. Idc if it's normal! How do I feed him? Lol How?! Ugh! How can this kid not even eat a damn chicken nugget??

Gabe stopped eating off utensils a long time ago. It gets rough some days. Now, I've been trying to get him to practice with a spoon or fork to feed himself. I figure, practice makes perfect and he's a little more interested in it these days. He won't even mashed potatoes! ?

We buy the small chef boyardee cans for when we can't think of anything else to give him when he won't eat what I made. I try not to make him his own meals and get him to eat what we're eating but it's difficult when he's so dang picky with meat. He used to love chicken, now, he won't even eat a chicken nugget. He has a dr appt tomorrow so I'll see what the dr says.

I would keep offering it. Usually they will go back to eating it after awhile. Our now 3 year old was the most awesome eater until he turned 18 months and then would hardly eat anything. I would still put stuff on his plate and slowly but surely he started eating it again. There are still some things he won't but if I'm making it I'll still put a spoonful on his plate.

I'm going through this with my 15 month old. It's so frustrating. Stuff she used to eat she's deciding not to. Is this normal? Should I try to make a vegetable different ways? It's the veggies and the meat. She loves fruit.

Oh girl my son was and still is like that it's super hard to feed a picky eater. What I do now is I cook if he doesn't like it he doesn't eat. I use to cook him his own meals but it only makes is worse. If you have wic I would ask them.

It's so hard. I think it's this move that's getting to me. We get our belongings on Friday. It's hard to cook without many utensils, pans, etc. and not having all of his toys and bed is just getting to me because it's so hard to keep him entertained and then full. Just trying to get to Friday seems difficult.

I do bread with peanut butter, whole wheat waffles, cut up beef hot dogs. They also have those little grabber meals you warm up. Just ideas. It's hard I know!
