My little ones schedule use to be like Lorinitis but bedtime is 8 pm.

My little guy is getting one nap a day now. He was down to two for a while and the last nap around 3pm was making him sleep horrible at night. It's getting better now though. He at least sleeps around 4 to 5 hrs the first stint before being up every 1 to 2 hrs from midnight on.

Just depends on your kid and your schedule. My almost 2 year old still does 3 naps a day cause he needs it or he gets very cranky. My 4 year old gets 1 nap a day though that's more for my sake then hers she plays quietly in her room during nap and if she needs sleep she will fall asleep and if she doesn't she will just play and give me a break. My 8 month old gets whiny when it's time to nap so he ends up taking 3-4 naps throughout the day. Though recently he's been sleeping more likely do to a growth spurt.

My daughter used to have 4 naps a day then one day she was refused to take her first nap and somehow went from four to two just like that. She now wakes at 8 naps around 11-12 then plays til 3-4 and naps again except this nap is usually 2-3 hours where as her first nap is hardly an hour. Then She goes to bed at 9

I'm not sure but I noticed my little guy is fighting his evening nap. So for the past couple of days he's stayed awake for about 4 hours before bed time.
