Bladder problems.
Anyone else?? It's so hard to go pee sometimes. Or I pee 5 different times while sitting there. Sometimes I have to concentrate deeply. Sometimes I have to hold onto the towel rack on the wall to help me push. Like I'm delivering or something. I hate it! Is Kegals the only thing that'll help??
TMI every time I have a contraction I feel like I have to poop or pee. Sometimes both 😩 is this Normal ??

okay so this is really gross but I've been having a lot of discharge, sometimes it's white & sometimes it's this yellowish green like the color of my pee , I just noticed a lot on my underwear is that normal ? no I don't have an std or any of that sort .
Ladies I need help lol ... So me and my boyfriend are trying to have a baby so every time he cums in me it makes me want to clean my myself right away and go pee lol and he gets mad ... But I don't do it on purpose I just have to go pee ... What can I try doing just letting the cum be inside me and not trying to pee it out ? If that makes sense . (Sometimes I sit there for 10 mins and I pee it out)

I wish I had an answer for u. I she the opposite problem. I have to pee like non stop! I drink so much water cuz in breastfeeding so I'm always going to the bathroom to pee
