Bladder problems.
Anyone else?? It's so hard to go pee sometimes. Or I pee 5 different times while sitting there. Sometimes I have to concentrate deeply. Sometimes I have to hold onto the towel rack on the wall to help me push. Like I'm delivering or something. I hate it! Is Kegals the only thing that'll help??

I wish I had an answer for u. I she the opposite problem. I have to pee like non stop! I drink so much water cuz in breastfeeding so I'm always going to the bathroom to pee
