Quick foods, snacks, tips
I think this could be a very beneficial post, not just for myself. So, like many of you, I never have time to cook and eat and I'm working on changing that but what're some quick foods or snacks you guys eat to keep you from literally starving?? It's 5:10am here and apparently I'm very, very hungry ?
Loving the ideas! I need to benefit from using a whole chicken.
I'm working on meal prepping more so I can just grab it and warm/eat it. I really dislike frozen TV dinners. They just don't taste that good to me.
This might sound stupid but how long can you have Tuna in the fridge for?
Great post! I'm following :) thats very true, I sometimes forget to eat because my day is so busy which isn't good so i snack on quick foods such as yogurt, crackers (with different toppings) dried fruits, cereal toped with fresh fruit, rice cakes, pasta, cereal bars, and whenever I cook a meal Ill cook extra & freeze it to have as a quick meal in the week
Avocado on toast with tomatoes, a little salt! Omg so good. Fastest and healthiest snack I eat other than over night oats and bananas lol
