Vitamin C pills! Worked like magic!

I've been sick with a bad cold 11 days my doctor has me drinking tea with honey and using vix cough drops and throat numbing spray and taking Tylenol pm if the coughing and stuff makes it hard to sleep

Yep on the bottom of your feet and put socks on so it doesn't come off in your bed and make a mess.

We do it in our house for anyone who is sick.

I'm going to try the Vicks + socks tonight.

@brookey Oh my goodness! You poor thing. The Benadryl helps but I don't like that it decreases my baby's movement. It makes me feel bad.

I use an old remedy for a hot beverage: Orange juice warmed up and honey. That way I get that vitamin c in there ;)

Beaded face mask warmed up is a great idea thank you! I usually just get a hot wash cloth, breathe in the steam and massage my eyes, nose and cheeks about 5x. It feels amazing.

The chloraseptic spray I learned earlier in pregnancy when I had a severe sore throat. Works wonders :)

Same here i have been putting vapor tub on my feet, with socks, and im getting much better. Also drink some natural lime tea. Just heat up some water and squeeze some lime juice. Hope you get better

It sounds so strange but it's actually worked for me... But Vicks rub on your feet before you sleep and wear socks to bed... I also put a humidifier in my room which helps out too

Since there aren't a ton of medicines you can take, I used a nose strip! It worked alright. I also used a lot of Vicks :)

I take benedryl practically every night just to sleep, I've had two drs tell me it's fine and doesn't effect the baby.

I just got over sinus infection, pneumonia and bronchitis ALL within a week and a half of each other! It was the longest and sickest I've ever been.

Hot water with a full spoon of honey and a dash of cinnamon was great for my throat

I took a beaded face mask and heated that and I could actually feel all the muck draining from my face.

And if your coughing or have a sore throat you can also use chloroseptic throat spray, that's my savior now! I'll never suck on cough drops again.

I'm battling a cold also! Unfortunately, there's not much to do or take while pregnant. Just lots of rest and fluids! My OB says it was okay to take Tylenol for pain relief, but that doesn't do much for me. My dad is a doctor and growing up, he always had us inhale over hot water with vick's vapor rub, which helped with cough and cold.
