DPO

Yday and today I got a blazing positive on an OPK! I didn't actually have my usual ovulation cramps until today though.. So do I count tomorrow as 1dpo or the day after that??

Yea I would say the day after tomorrow to be safe!

I count 48 hours after the first positive opk as 1dpo since you can ovulate 12-48 hours after a positive and we technically don't know when we ovulated.

I would think you would count tomorrow as 1dpo.

Contraction questions

I had a membrane sweep today. Before the sweep I was 3-4 dilated & 75% effaced.
