I having been using opks test fr last 3 days and i m getting same result as u got for all 3 days ..so i suppose T line should be darker den control line dats wht d instruction are..me and my hubby decided to take opk test till i get darker line..dis month v r trying it seriouly to catch d egg through opk test ..hope dis is our month and baby dust to all ☺

Hi, it's me again! :) The LH surge picked up by the opk indicates that you'll be ovulating in the coming 12-36 hrs. So technically your ovulation day is the one after the positive opk. But it really depends on when you caught the surge. If it was in the end of it then you could have ovulated in the same day. The only way to know for sure is by charting bbt. But keep bd these few days as well, just to be on the safe side. Praying this is your cycle!! ?

I'm pretty sure it was positive.. The test line was wayyy darker then the control. Thank You For Ur Response Though! ☺️

Sorry dear this is not exactly positive, a positive opk is signaled by a test line that is identical or close to control line i am sure it was positive a day or two later did u keep testing?

So since I got this positive yday (February 13th) does that mean I count today "1dpo"

Btw this was on CD 12.

I felt the cramps and was hurting so I figured I'd test. As it came across the window it was so dark!! I was ecstatic! In February 14, 2014 I got a positive ovulation test and Bd'd with egg whites and 2 weeks later was pregnant with my now 1 yo son!! This is definitely a positive test. It's the test line that needs to be as dark or darker than the control line so this test is super positive! Time to get busy ? Good luck xxx

Definitely do the bd. From this test I can see that you're coming close to ovulation. But this test is not a positive ovulation test, hun. The control line needs to be just as dark or even darker than the test line for it to be read as positive. Your control line is clearly still lighter. I'd suggest you keep testing in the coming days. You should be getting that positive soon. And bd these days only gives that egg more chances to be fertilised. Baby dust ?
