I'm 27 weeks and it is already getting so difficult for me to breathe at times. I have talked to my doctor about this already and she said it's normal. Anyone else feeling this way? so I don't feel alone ?
Yup! My shortness of breathe comes and goes, but it really started around 26 weeks. Last night I was having trouble breathing while laying on my right side and switched to my left and was fine. I sometimes feel like I'm drowning because I can't get enough air. I talked with my doctor and it's completely normal. He's just moving around so much and pushing on all my organs! Take it easy. Fresh air and fans blowing on me seems to help.

I've had this quite bad so my doctor checked my breathing which was lower than it should be so put me in a steroid inhaler, worked a treat! Doc said it could possibly be a combination of pregnancy and hayfever xxx

I'm also 27w and feel the same at times. Sometimes I can walk all day and the other day I'm out of breath after 5 min walk with dog
@pp I actually fainted because of this on Saturday and spent the whole day in the hospital. It is just SUPER uncomfortable feeling like I can't get a complete breath of air.

I've been feeling out of breath since like week 8! However, it is worse now! I almost feel restricted. Before, I was just out of breath. Now if I'm laying a certain way, it hurts! So no, you're not alone! Just find different positions and try not to panic.
