I get this same pressure lower abdomen periodically... like maybe twice a day. It doesn't last long though. I think it's baby and he moves a lot so that's why it's short lived for me. Just finished my 20th week.

@pp yes my water intake is fantastic I never had an issue staying hydrated. My doctor said most likely placement of the baby on nerves and my bladder

Are you guys drinking lots of water throughout the day? I felt that way for awhile. It was bc my water intake wasn't enough hydrate enough for baby and I. I have been feeling better since I increased my water. But now I'm sick from all the water so I plan on drinking coconut water and eating lots of watermelon. They will hydrate better. Also consult your Dr about that.

Yes! That's the perfect way to describe it! It's like a rock in my belly! I'm guessing it's baby because I have felt other cramps and round ligament pain and it's definitely not that? there are so many weird feelings in my lower stomach I never know what it is. Is it the baby moving?are my organs moving around? Is my uterus stretching? I never know? I can't wait to feel large kicks❤

Not sure if it's the same situation, but I started feeling pressure around that time as well. It was bugging me that there was a "rock" in my belly. Still getting used to it:)

I'm feeling the same thing at 18 weeks. I think. Almost like gas/bloating or something but there's not gas to be released? Cuz that's how I'm feeling. It's sort of around my hip bones and below.

I have it sometimes on the right side and yesterday was on the left. Apparently on the right is normal. As for the left, i did pilates and think that s what created that pressure/tenderness. All is gone now!

It's not really pain it just feels like pressure if that makes sense. It's not painful it's just a little uncomfortable and it's pretty low maybe like 3 1/2 fingers width away from my belly button.
