Maternity belt?

I am having severe sciatic nerve and lower back pain. The Bebe is pretty low and it’s only a short time before I’ll have to start walking with a waddle because my legs can’t close. Any recommendations for brands or types of maternity belts? Totally desperate now! I don’t see a chiropractor for at least another week.

Thank you!!! I’m totally desperate right now. This is #2 and I’m only 26 weeks but am the size of 34 weeks with my first!

CFR maternity support brace. Its a little bulkier then others & has extra gadgets for adjustment, spine alignment, etc but is really top of the line at a really good price point of $15-$30

Short Luteal Phase?

If you have done maternity pictures post them in the comments! I have mine tomorrow and have absolutely no idea of what to do. I do not have the father doing them with me and pintrest has not helped me at all.

Maternity belts that actually work? The nurse told me, that one would help with some pelvic pain.

So what maternity belts do y’all recommend?

I never had to use one on my others.

flamingomom I think it’s dependent on our anatomy if it works or not. I used one of these
