Yeah I understand. If I have to stand in place for more than 20 minutes I am supposed to sit down. Not always easy in the lab. Ug. Luckily I am still good if I am walking. Hope you get this figured out soon!

Thats what my specialist said is lots of salt and to keep walking everyday but ive had issue with passing out so im out of work for month 3 now so makes me nervous

I do. I'm supposed to wear compression stockings when at work and I need to be careful about standing too long or becoming dizzy. I'm also supposed to increase salt. Good luck! Just know that pregnancy dilates blood vessels so you need to be careful to not pass out.
