I know my acid reflex had been acting up but today i had a sono and shes got no room and her feet are in my ribs so hope thats why

I get that too.. I was told It was acid reflux or indigestion.. not sure if that's right but that's what I was told. Certainly doesn't feel like acid reflux.

For me it's in my chest/ribs and upper back. Pretty uncomfortable.

I have drs friday and sono today im going to be sure to let them know i hardly slept but today i can feel her moving on my cervix to the point it feels like she is going to break my water

I get sharp burning pains in my rib cage too. My Dr said that because of where the baby was, the size of my uterus was actually putting pressure on the cartilage of my chest wall causing it to become inflamed. He said that this inflammation was no big deal and was similar to what some people feel when they cough or throw up a lot.

The burning pain sounds like indigestion. Or it could just be baby pressing up against your ribs. I would think it's reflux related though.
