Im 34 weeks and 4 days if i sit or lay then when i get up i can hardly walk or move and get a lot of pressure and back pain i feel like a old lady anyone else feel this way i dont remember this with my other 3 pregnancies what could it mean?
Im constantly active... i work out everyday (light work outs) i chase 3 kids monday-friday then 4 kids friday-sunday i go for walks all the time i clean almost every day or every other day. I hate sitting still i go crazy my ocd kicks in bad lol. So not sure its so much needs to be more active. Im going to ask dr on friday about it
It hurts so badly but yet when i start walking it slowly goes away. But i agree i wish it would stop its so painful at times to the point you just want to lay or sit back down and other times you want to just walk it off so it stops

Me and my princess first time getting epidural and I’m numb from legs is this normal i can’t walk good yet
i love the dirty looks i get in walmart as i’m walking w/ my black bf & mixed family🙂

Walking blocks & malls when I hit 36 weeks 😅 i rather walk her out than have to get induced 🤦🏾♀️ so hopefully I can get her out before my induction date 👏🏾
I'm still trying to get a feel for this app but are there any STAHM here?
Sounds like SPD. I have it as well. I can't tell you what the remedy is for it outside of having the baby. I do KNOW from experience though that the more u walk the more it hurts and the more you sit/lay the more it hurts so there's a balance that must be maintained. I usually walk only for about 30 minutes and I only sit on my ball or don't sit for too long, after 30 min get up and move. But yeah it doesn't get better for me unfortunately and my chiropractor has said that she can't really do anything for me because my issue is that I'm too loose. Pregnancy support belt works though at managing the pain while walking.
