As long as your internal body temp doesn't hit 102*f or higher it should be ok. I wouldn't suggest going into a sauna because they're usually pretty hot (you should feel uncomfortable before it's a danger to the baby), but I agree that you should be able to get your bathroom really steamy (maybe pour a really hot bath and dip your feet in, close the door to trap the stream).

I'm sure this doesn't help right now, but you could always get an ultrasonic humidifier in the future and that can help break up some mucus, and they have a cold steam function so you can raise the humidity without raising the temperature in the room/house.

We live in a really dry climate so we got one because it is suggested to keep the room where the baby is sleeping between 30-50% humidity (Also great for me since I've been extra congested through the pregnancy).

You can definitely get the bathroom super steamy from the hot shower and sit in there to release the tension. It's like the best way for congestion.

Idk about a bath but u can use the vapor rub so maybe. If u can use bubble bath
