I've never had a c section... But to start, stool softeners are a must...

My dr had me taking stool softeners twice a day. I wasn't able to use it until day 3, but they helped so much

Stool softeners definitely and just take it nice slow and easy, even if you end up in the bathroom for 30 or 45 minutes. When I finally was able to do that first movement, it took 30 minutes, not even kidding and that was almost 2 weeks after my surgery, I mean I was able to do a little at a time within those weeks but the first complete one took that long

Stool softeners!!! And go slow, it’s not a race lol. Use a laxative if you have to. I did with my second. It helped a ton! But just take ONE! You’ll be ok. 💕
