Just got back from my first late night run since becoming pregnant. I hadn’t had the energy or motivation with being sick and my emotional state has been wearing me down even more. I was laying in bed tonight and was like no I’m getting up and getting out of this house haha. My mental health needed that run sooooo much. I’ve been an irritable and depressed mess lately. Despite trying to hold myself together I don’t think there’s been a single night in the last week I hadn’t cried feeling overwhelmed over some aspect currently happening in my life. Tonight feels like a reset and I hope I keep feeling up to keep running. Definitely lost a lot of stamina in the last three months but just being outside and moving, even if slowly, helped my mood beyond anything I can describe.
