Back pain help..

So when I had my DD almost 8 months ago, I got an epidural.. Well somehow it got ripped out & they did another one.. Ever since DD was born, my back has hurt. Really badly, it hurts to even move most days & picking DD up all day long is the worst. I'm tired of having to take pain pills to take the edge off and get through the day. (No, I don't take pain pills everyday, mostly I just suffer through the pain. Since DD has been born I've been prescribed 1 bottle of muscle relaxers & 1 bottle of pain pills, & still have plenty..That's all dr did was give me pain pills saying the pain should go away.)
