What is this?

I’m almost 11 weeks. I Was sitting down for an hour or so and then I got up to let my dog outside and warm up dinner...came back and sat down and now it’s hurting to sit down. Almost like a pain/pressure down there. Anyone know what this could be....only lasted a few minutes it’s gone now but I get it sometimes...??? Could this be round ligament pain like uterus stretching or even maybe constipation. It isn’t unbearable. The pain isn’t too bad really and I’m not bleeding or anything
