Bleeding

Today marks 4dp5dt and for off and on today I have been spotting. Just a few red drops when I go to the bathroom and a few on a panty liner. Nervous bc it is red. I called my doctor and they are increasing my estrogen from 2 to 3 patches. My question is with ivf a frozen transfer how long after until you get your period? Does progesterone and estrogen push it back? Anyone else have spotting around this time and still have a positive? I am also cramping off and on as well. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
