yeah i started 4 dpo and im using 1/4 twice a day

if u use progestron before u ovulate it stops u from ovulating. u should use it 3 dpo onwards

sorry im meant 1/8 but ima just stay do the 1/4 tsp once a day

1/2 is twice as much as 1/4.

i took 1/4 tsp today and i felt like it was too much can im move down to a 1/2 tsp twice a day im 4 /5 dpo tomorrow and want to do 1/2 instead of 1/4 is that safe

see what it says on the bottle. mine sais 1/8 of tsp twice a day. I m 15 dop and preg and using one or less the 1/8 twice. cause i am getting headaches

I was prescribed it when I got pregnant. My levels were low & they were afraid I wasn't going to be able to hold the pregnancy. I was on it till I was 12 wks. They were vagina suppositories. Not sure what your question is??

Ok you take it once a day every day until you ovulate to increase your fertility, so until day 14 of your cycle. Then after you find out you are preg you take it for your whole first tri to prevent miscarriage. Make sure you are taking natural progesterone cream they make a synthetic one from mare urine and that is the one that could cause problems and be bad for you :)

my hormones are all over the place and i thought it i took the natural progesterone cream maybe it will help.me conceive since my lp is only 9-10 days long so idk

I've heard it causes cancer if you dont need it because too much of the horomone isn't good...like if your levels are fine and such. I'm not sure..did you Google it?
