I am currently 26 weeks pregnant and my dh and I both took maca root capsules! its amazing stuff! I ordered it from Amazon.com and it supports reproductive health and fertility in both you and your dh. its all natural. plus we used preseed when I was ovulating and I drank red raspberry leaf tea up until ovulation! good luck!!
Yes hzleyz! She is a very active 5 yrold but she gave me a scare in the womb from Spina bifida scare, fluid in lungs and heart, had gallbladder removed via surgery at 18 Weeks... Sigh I hope this baby #2 is better off since I started prenatals earlier before we even began ttc.... Fx I get bfp soon this tww is not good for my anxiety! Lol
The thing with folic acid with helping with birth defects is if there's a problem in early development your body could miscarry, so that's a reason why it's just as important as things to 'help conceive'. Plus you asked what are important things to take when ttc, not what was important to HELP conceive in your initial post....and a prenatel with folic acid is the most important
sorry to hear that but now you can use it gl hun you will get your baby soon be strong positive thought equals a posititve outcome
