Non-diabetic Hypoglycemia

Hi Ladies, i've just been diagnosed with Non-diabetic hypoglycemia. My doctor didn't give me much information or advice at all! Apart from telling me I need to carry around little packets of sugar to eat when im not feeling well. Has anyone been through something similar? Thanks in advance! :)

I promise its nothing to be scared of just make it a habit unsted of 3 large meals do 1 larger and 4 to 5 smaller meals your biggest meal will be breakfast it helps. Get ur sugars right in the am also watch your. Water intake. Its a big thing. Drink lots of watter

I have a smiler thing. Tbh. Yes keep the sugar. But also you can get it from juice., fresh fruit etc. Just look at the sugar levels on what your eating. Heck take a Starbucks. Break what ever you eat with sugar. Rember. To follow. With. What they call a hard carb. So crackers bread pasta etc. To. Maintain the sugar.
