I was just talking with DF about this the other day. I have zero problem with moms who smoke as long as they do so responsibly and obviously away from their children. However broadcasting it all over social media is ridiculous and definitely makes me raise my eyebrows, no matter how responsible you are.

I know a girl who got her first two kids taken away due to weed being found in her home during a CPS investigation, went on to have two more kids, still does not have custody of the first two, doesn't work or have her own home or apartment and is constantly fighting with the people she rooms with and is getting kicked out all the time and moving from place to place. On top of ALL of that, she constantly posts about smoking and stupid memes about it and such. Then she has the nerve to complain about not having her other two children in her care. Well gee, I wonder why?!

I'm pro-green, but not when you can't afford to take care of your kids or yourself sufficiently. Get your shat together first, then partake.

Doesn't matter why it's legal or not. It's about following the law. If it's legal in your area, then that's great, but it's still illegal in most of America

id probably feel the same way if a mom were posting about alcohol every single day. I know this girl from hs & she puts things like this & a bunch of guys before her son, & then later on posts about how much she loves him. ?

but I really don't care if a mom smokes or drinks, I've done both lol. just putting it out there like that & posting about things like this more than you post about your kid is just sad

Eh unless I see someone physically doing it around there child I don't judge them. It's legal in a lot of places and a lot of people drink beer when there kids go to sleep so it's not any different to be I guess

We accept one over the other because one is legal. I hate seeing posts about people smoking weed especially if they have kids. We go to my sis house a lot. They have two small kids and I literally smell weed the second I walk through their door. It's their choice to break the law. No judgment on that. I just hate they do it in their home around their children and leave the supplies laying around for their children to grab.

I choose not to advertise my need for a drink but some people do. I guess she just has a different vice. If she smokes then she smokes. That doesn't mean she plans to do it around her children. Maybe someone is baby sitting and she's wanting to have fun or relax.

It's definitely not smart broadcasting things like that on Facebook

I have a few friends who post stuff like this. I'm like we get it you like to smoke weed, drink, party, fight, and f***.

I just hope they aren't doing it around their babies.

I actually have many friends who posts stuff like this or snaps of them smoking. I want to say something but at the end of the day it's not going to make a difference. I assume since a lot of them live with their parents that the are the ones watching the kids. It could also be because they are not mature enough. Most of people on my Facebook are young moms like me who are still choosing to party crazy which is sad.

Oh ok, yeah definitely inappropriate IMO. Even though I saw a Dr.Phil episode once about a soccer mom proclaiming smoking weed helps her become a better mom.?

Although I think the post is in poor taste you were better off just deleting her. I don't think it's that serious to report her... I highly doubt Facebook would do anything about it anyway...

I should have reported her! I already deleted her off my fb though. & she's definitely talking about weed..allllll the time.

Bud can be a type of alcohol but in this type of post it looks like it's referring to Marijuana. I'd report them to Facebook for inappropriate content, maybe even shoot them a message and say that in the case that someone saw this they could start a case against them, and then delete them off your Facebook.

I thought bud was alcohol? Idk, I don't drink or smoke so I could be wrong.
