sorry ladies we took him in last night and he was so exhausted before we left I just gave him a snack and cuddled him to bed right when we got home.

anyways they said its impetigo. I don't know much about it but his dad said his nieces and nephews had it a couple weeks ago and that's how he must have gotten it. they gave us some antibiotics, it's not much different this morning but hopefully it starts improving soon. his fever is also going down a bit but I can tell he just wants to lay around and cuddle today. thank you for all the suggestions and prayers! I'll update again if anything changes.

Take him in. It could be a staph infection. A friend of a friends little girl had something similar. It didn't hurt or itch her either and it was also up around the armpit chest area. Call your doctor first thing this morning.

My son and I both had similar marks as this and it ended up being MRSA (really bad staph). Please take him to get antibiotics. It ended up leaving us with scars because we didn't know what it was and tried to use triple antibiotic ointment and bandaids and waited too long before getting medicine.

If they were much smaller than than this on Friday, I'd go to the ER immediately because it's Sunday and those look rather big. Update when you figure it out. Praying for your LO.

Since you noticed them before him being with anyone and it's gotten worse I'm going to say it does look like an infection, my sister had a staph infection on her leg and the bottom picture looks similar to that. I would see his pedi asap

no I'm almost 100% positive no one hurt him. I noticed them on Friday before his dad got him. (he gets him on the weekends) so if anyone were to hurt him it would be someone from my house and it's only me and my mom here and we'd never ever hurt him.

That picture is so little and I can't zoom in my phone but the peeling and stuff and the fact it looks slightly burn like you said, I'd get to ER. Could be a staph infection.

he's also had a little fever. it's already 8 and he's so tired and cranky should I take him now or would it be okay to take him first thing in the morning??
