We took a day trip to the beach last week and Jack slept most of the day in a beach tent with UV protection. We're going to the beach for a week next week and I think he'll be fine. I do want to ask the pediatrician about sunscreen. I used it on my daughter at 4 months last summer

We went this weekend. We made sure he had a hat. Most of the time he napped in the shade tent. We took him out for a few minutes to get his toes in the sand and feet in the water. It was a great day and we want to go more often.

I took my daughter to the beach at under 2 weeks old. Just keep little one covered and have a great time

I haven't yet, but we have a UV protective beach tent that we got on Amazon.

I almost took my 9 week old a few days ago, but decided against it at the very last minute. Left him home with Daddy while i took a break and spent the afternoon at the beach with our 2.5 yr old instead.

Planning on going again in a few weeks, this time with baby in tow. Will be doing what pp mentioned, rash guard, sun hat, and hanging out in the shade ( we have a large uv protective beach umbrella).

We'll be going to the beach next weekend.

I always make sure the littles wear uv protectant rashguards & keep them out of direct sunlight.

We took my daughter to the beach for a weekend trip when she was a month old I just kept her covered I never let her in the sun she did just fine thankfully she was still sleeping most of the time then

I've taken my 2 month old son to the beach twice, just had a muslin over him to keep him out of the sun.

I took mine just last tuesday at 6 weeks , i did not put him sunscreen but i did have him covered up (it was windy)
