I had the norovirus in December. I work in an elementary school so I'm always around sick kids. It was terrible as I was violently throwing up for days. I ended up having to go to the hospital because I couldn't keep down even a sip of water for days and I needed IV fluids. It was a really bad strain on the flu tho and my immune system was down the first trimester from morning sickness. Honestly you should avoid him, sleep in a different room and wash your hands ton. The baby will be fine if you get the flu it just sucks for you it took me 3x as long to recover then it normally would have.

Yes in each pregnancy I've had some type of the flu.

The big worry is dehydration and fever as well as pneumonia...

Make sure you get checked for any severe coughing that isn't going away....drink lots and if you have a fever that can't go down with Tylenol then you should be seen.

I got through all my flus pretty well but they seem to take longer to go away in pregnancy.

Omg yes it was hell for 2 days I absolutely couldn't eat a thing I cried and cried! Cuz I couldn't stop throwing up. I called the nurse hot line I was so worried. She told me don't worry about eating make sure you drink plenty of water. Hydrating is more important then eating!!! I couldn't even leave my bed I had the chills and vomiting and diarrhea

I had pneumonia last week. Not fun at all.

I just got over the flu. Type A. Fever was 104 and had to be hospitalized. It lasted a week and I'm better now
