anyone have older kids?
I cant get my 4 year old to eat anything green. And now hes been peeing non stop im so concerned about his diet. He is very picky. He got checked for uti today and came back fine.next week we go in for gluclose urine test. And yes ive tried putting a little on his plate just refuses to eat it.:(
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Don't y'all think it's stupid for a man to for get that his girlfriend make him some food and only he got do is come get it and he don't have nun to eat at his house and that he cheating ?
My husband won't eat leftovers 😒 he'll only eat them for his work lunch the next day but not dinner again. So while the kids ate left overs he went all the way to the grocery store to pick up a can of chili 😂🙄 anybody else weird like that and don't eat leftovers? Lol
Outrageous! A 5 year old was detained and questioned at his school for taking a toy gun to show his friend. He was so scared he wet his pants and his parents weren't notified until 2 hours into the questioning. He was suspended for 10 days, but it was reduced to the 3 days he had already served after the parents and others complained. The school stated that the situation was handled appropriately and would be handled in a similar manner in the future.
My son is 14 months tomorrow and we can hardly get him to eat solid foods on his own. We want to wean him off formula by 18 months and have been trying to get him to snack on small finger foods and he mainly just plays with it or throws it off his tray. Sometimes he will eat it if we give it to him but most of the time he shakes his head no. Any ideas or tips on how to get him more interested in eating? He will eat yogurt bites and cherrios on his own but that's about it.

My kids also prefer raw veggies or i try to mix them. Make something that has vegs mixed in like pot pies, casseroles, etc. We also mix peas in mac n cheese sometimes too

I have a 4 year old. So glad you took your guy in and hope the laxative fixes things. We started doing HelloFresh and I stopped making a special meal for my daughter. She eats what we are eating, unless it’s incredibly spicy. My daughter prefers raw veggies like broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and celery. I finally got her to eat potatoes. She has to take two bites of whatever it is just to try it. More often than not she bargains with us over something she likes. I started giving different veggies and preparing them as i usually do. She put up a fight with tears, but i held my own. It’s annoying, and frustrating, but I am thankful she eats different foods now. It is a fight moreso when she is tired. She now knows she has to eat what is in front of her, but it took us a looooong time to get to that point. She still starts unfamiliar meals with a teary, “I don’t like this” without tasting it and she gets a prompt response from me. *sigh*

Ended up going to the emergency room, it ended up being he had so much poop in his stomac aa u can see on the xray that his body kept peeing to react. Doctor put him on laxative for 21 days!:( hopefully will help. As for juice once a day. But i was thinking about giving his plate back if refused to eat but can never follow through with it cuz i feel bad. But i know i need to do something.

I have a 4&2 year old my 4 year old loves greens especially broccoli they only green veggie he doesn't like is Lima beans but he picky about meat. My 2 year old doesn't like like green veggies n I don't really make him eat much of them he loves carrots and cauliflower. I some what cater to my kids I don't usually cook foods I know they don't like but I also make them finish there meals before any snacking is allowed if they don't eat it there plate get saved and when they tell me they're hungry I give it back to them.
Does your kid drink a lot of fluids maybe that's it but I'd definitely get a glucose test as frequent peeing can be a sign of diabetes in kids

I have a 10, 5 and 6 months old. My 10 yr old didn’t start eating a lot of veggies til she was 4. Now, she eats whatever veggies I give I her. My 5 yr old on the other hand is really picky with foods. There’s only certain food he eats. My 6 month old doesn’t like carrots, apple and banana. ?
