does anyone else struggle with blood pressure?

I went to my 9 day check up after my csection to get my staples removed and my blood pressure was super high. So now im currently having to watch my blood pressure readings to see if i need to be put on medication. Anyone else nursing and taking blood pressure medication im stressing out that it will be hurting my baby more than helping him. If im nursing and taking bp medication.

I had to get induced 2 weeks early because my blood pressure was so high. So I've been on blood pressure medication since then and the plan is to be on it until at least my 6 week PP appointment. I've been on Labetalol since the beginning

I was told I would only have to be on it for a couple of weeks until my blood pressure got back to normal.

I started having swelling a couple days after birth. And then started feeling bad. Turns out I was having super high blood pressure and I ended up in the emergency room. The OB doctor that delivered my baby saw me there and I was prescribed nifedipine to take. She said it's absolutely safe to take while breastfeeding. I've been on it for a week and I'm feeling a ton better and my swelling has gone away completely.
