I was thinking cookies or candy? But didnt know even when to give them the gifts? Cuz i know will have a couple different nurses at least for day and night.
Very smart ideas!(: yea very hard when money is already tight. I bought a basket today, and some candy to put in it. Hopefully its enough:D now i just need to come up with a note to put on it somehow saying thank you.

I am going to keep a basket in my room for whoever comes in. I have granola bars, packaged donuts, cookies, etc. And going to make a sign that says "Thank you to our wonderful support!" So that my doc, pediatrician, and all nurses can help themselves.

I had wanted to do something for my nurses, however I ended up with so many different ones... It was kind of confusing. So I'm just gonna take them a general thank you card and that's it. I had at least 10 different nurses in and out. That's just too much on a new baby budget!
Yea! I was debating since we r on a tight budget what would be a good option. :/

I have a few L&D nurse friends and they say to bring food! Cookies, candy, donuts, things like that.. I plan on having a large candy bowl in my room for both day/night nurses to pick at and also donuts for am and cookies for pm...
