Flu jab Isabella is booked to have her flu jab tomorrow, she's got a cough do you think they will still do it? X

She had it after being checked by the doctor and was fine thank you x

No one should receive a vaccine while sick but unfortunately they will probably still give it to your child because dr's are not well educated on vaccines in general

At our gp surgery they will give it as long as you don't have a temp!

Yes lauri they do :) she had the injection last year and will again this year, didn't know they can't have the spray tho. Will question them tomorrow about it. Feel awful for her cos she's older and hates the doctors even talking to her let alone giving her a jab!! :( xx

Heart patients have the injection don't they ? My friends boy with Tof can't have the nasal spray . Yes the injection isn't live . Non of mine have ever received the flu vaccine but my friends boy was a little under the weather after it x

Yes like pp the flu nasal spray does contain live virus.. I do my research very well on vaccines thank you ☺️

She's under 2 so think it will prob be the jab, will take her along and see what they say xx

It depends if it's the nasal spray or the injection. Apparebtly the nasal spray does contain a very small amount of live virus but not enough to actually give them the flu.

If it's just a cough they will probably give it, if obviously unwell or with a fever they won't give it. Holly missed out on hers as our Gp only gave it out on one morning session and holly was poorly! X

The flu jab is a live virus, if she's abit under the weather leave it till she's better x
