Money is v tight for us but he wants £40 of toy soldiers. There's loads of love but keeping it cheap have asked for a crochet kit about 25 balls of wool b pattern for the same amount. Will keep me going most of the year with that and the other projects I've got lined up!

I have got a candlestick (my mum has got me the other!) and I also got some boots for my birthday (which is early Jan) I went and bought them myself and he got told what he'd bought me. Oh the romance! But at least I get what i want :) xx

I have got fair amount of Boots points though, so think I'll use them to get a perfume and dh can wrap it up and give it back to me. So I still get something nice without spending anything ?
