For about a week now maybe longer Isabella has started waking up anywhere between 11 and 1 and is screaming unless I give her milk and then cuddle her in my bed! She is then also doing it again at around 3/4 am too!! She just goes mad untill I pick her up as soon as I put her down she's screaming and kicking the cot! What do I do? Just give in and give her milk again in the night and get her sleep in my bed then move her back to hers? Or give her water and hope she breaks this habit? She's 9 months. And was never like this before. Tbh the whole being able to settle and sleep well at night is for more of a selfish reason for myself! It's so I could actually leave her and go out or stay out and know that I have nothing to worry about cos ATM I can't leave her at all she just screams the whole time! Even when left with her dad!

Could it maybe be a wee leap? Mia went through a week of this not long ago and I just persevered with her. I lifted her out of her cot, sat on the floor with her and gave her water and then rocked her for a bit till she got sleepy then put her back in and she did go back to sleep xx

I was going to say a growth spurt if she's looking for milk more during the night or teething and needs you/it for comfort? I always said it was harder when my boy slept through for maybe a few weeks, I got used to the sleep again then it all changed and he was up 3-4 times, I felt like a zombie! Was always reason for it tho like teething or coming down with something! x
