Wedding favours Ideas please xx

We got married on the 5th of November so did miniture port bottles with ribbon in the theme colour tied around, then people could drink them later watching the fireworks.

We had teaspoons with ribbon tied round the handle and people's names etched into the spoon - doubled as place settings x

I got heart bath bombs off eBay and put 2 in a little bag with a pink bow and a tag with their name on to double up as place names

We made 100 jars of jam or chutney, put pretty material on the lid and tied a luggage tag with their name hand stamped on it round the lid too. Took a lot of time and effort but they cost 36p each in the end! X

I made home made fudge and got some very cute boxes from the pound shop ! x

We got NSPCC pin badges

I was on eBay n got love heart sweets with our names n date of wedding also some chocolates with a picture of the bride getting the groom by the collar saying gotcha x

We did lottery tickets folded up with their names on xxx

We had miniature bottles of alcohol like jäger x

We got little silver baskets & filled with our fav chocs from Hotel Chocolat

We used the little spice jars from ikea and filled with popcorn or rainbow drops and alternated around the table then we tied a ribbon round with a little name tag so that was the place setting x

I made little pots of different jams with home made labels with our wedding date etc on. They went down a treat with our guests x

We donated money to charity and everyone got a Breast cancer badge and a place card saying we had made a donation in there name I didn't want to waste money on favours so I donated it instead I jst thought about all the weddings I had been to and tried to remember what the favours were and couldn't so nothing stuck out and thought a charity donation would do more good?

My cousin had lindor chocs in little organza bags because they were the grooms fave.

It was August, they all melted inside and popped over people's outfits.

Don't use chocs if it's a summer wedding!

My wedding is January I've got like jam jars old fashioned ones and filling them with retro sweets x

My sister had a shot of tequila wiv a lemon in n a sachet of salt on top in cute little white boxes xx

I had my wedding abroad, so in each room at the hotel I put a soap and a shower gel from lush and then I had my own labels made for the shower gels.

Other weddings I've been too they've had customised love heart and m&m sweets, little cookies, etc.

We done scottish tablet.. wrapped with a sticker that had the wedding date and our names on it x

We had cake pops and personalised m&ms with our names and wedding date on.

With my ex I got married two weeks before Xmas. We had candy canes with people's names on and our wedding date which doubled up as favour and name place card x

I made wineglass charms for mine , I like the idea of a lottery ticket also x

My SIL had little homemade pits of jam and lemon curd with home made tags on with date etc. She does a lot of jam making and stuff like that so it was very personal and beautiful and brightened up the table xx

We gave fortune cookies - I think they went down well ? x

We gave everyone a wooden rose, which doubled up as their name setting and had our names and dates on the back. Cost me less than 10p each and meant kids didn't choke on anything.

My friends gave out mini love hearts with their names on and others have given is personalized chocolate bars which my kids loved, but got messy. Bubbles were popular too x

My sisters wedding is in December and she's buying Christmas scratch cards xx
